Littlewood​s Affiliate Migration
We are writing to inform you that Littlewoods Gaming will shortly be moving to a new, Playtech-powered gaming platform, operated by Sportech eGaming. Further to this, we are beginning a migration process to move existing players across to the new platform, and in addition, to migrate Littlewoods Gaming affiliates to our new affiliate platform, Sportech eGaming Affiliates, powered by Income Access.
Please note that at the end of that migration process, your contract with Littlewoods Game On (now known as C & P Promotions Limited) will terminate and you will no longer be able to promote Littlewoods Casino & Littlewoods Poker via Uffiliates.
Rest assured, we are taking every precaution to achieve a positive and painless transition for both players and affiliates to our new platform. Look out for a welcome email from Sportech eGaming Affiliates shortly with more information. In the mean time, we’ve prepared a brief FAQ below.
Do I need to change over my Links and Affiliate Tracking?
Yes, please start removing any banners and links you currently have live that promote Littlewoods Casino & Poker. When you receive your Welcome Email from Sportech Affiliates, you will receive details of your new affiliate account, where you will be able to grab new Littlewoods Casino & Poker banners and links.
Do I need to create a new Affiliate Account with Sportech Affiliates?
No. To make this transition as smooth as possible, we have already created a new Sportech Affiliates account for you, so you don’t need to do anything. We will be sending you your new login details shortly – look out for a Welcome Email from Sportech Affiliates in the next few weeks with more information.
What will happen to my existing players?
Your existing players will be migrated to the new Littlewoods Gaming platform over the course of the next few months (provided they consent), after which time the existing program will officially close.
If you are currently on a Revenue Share scheme, as your players migrate to the new Littlewoods Gaming platform they will automatically be tracked to your new Sportech Affiliates account and you will earn commission for these players going forwards as per the Sportech Affiliates terms & conditions.
If you are currently on a CPA or Hybrid scheme, your player tracking will not be migrated and you will no longer earn commissions for existing players.
You will of course continue to receive commission as normal under your existing terms for all non-migrated players that stay on the existing platform until it closes.
Will I be paid any outstanding commissions that I have accrued on the current platform?
Yes. Commission payments accrued in the current Uffiliates platform will continue as normal until the player migration process is complete. Once completed, and the existing Littlewoods Casino & Poker platform is closed, your old affiliate account will be closed (and your contract with Littlewoods Game On (now known as C & P Promotions Limited) will be terminated) and all accrued earnings will be paid out.
What are the next steps?
Shortly, you will receive a Welcome Email from Sportech Affiliates with access to your new Sportech Affiliates affiliate account.
You will not need to create a new account, as we have already created one for you using your existing affiliate details. You will just need to login, accept the Terms & Conditions, submit your payment details and grab some new banners & links.
We understand that this may involve some short term inconvenience to you as you may have many links to update on your site(s). However, we hope you will understand that we are doing everything in our power to make this a painless process, and ultimately one that will lead to a strong, profitable relationship moving forward.
