As you may already be aware, the Spanish government has released a new regulation affecting online gaming in Spain. Botemanía has applied for this license, which is required to continue operating in Spain; permitting our affiliates to keep promoting Botemanía on their respective websites.
Once the license has been obtained, Botemanía will be temporarily offering free to play games only. This is owing to the need to comply with the technical requirements set out in the new legislation covering Online Gaming in Spain. We endeavor to meet these requirements as quickly as possible and, once met, will revert to operating in the normal manner.
As proof of our commitment to our affiliates during this period we will offer to all our affiliates a great Euro2 per registration acquired by Botemanía - to create a database ready for use when we are 100% operational again. When Botemanía is fully operational and accepting deposits once again, players acquired by an affiliate will continue to be tracked as such – affiliate will then earn their regular commissions for Botemanía, be it revenue share or CPA (Cost per acquisition), in addition to the Euro2 per registration already received.
In summary, the changes are as follows:
1.Once the license is obtained, Botemanía will continue to operate in Spain, temporarily offering their games for free.
2.During this period, all members can continue to promote Botemanía on their sites and will be paid Euro2 per registration.
3.All new players acquired in this period will be attributed to the appropriate affiliate and commissions generated by them will be paid in addition to the Euro2 already paid. All historical players will continue to be attributed to the accounts they are currently are.
