大家好，前些时候因为不知道什么原因，网络突然很慢，就用了-V=P-N=登陆扑克之星（PokerStars），现在取款被拒，请大家帮忙应该如何解决。（-V=P-N=是香港的）

下面是扑克之星（PokerStars）发来的邮件：

I live in China and since the internet connection is bad in China, I have to use -V=P-N= to play poker. That is why my IP is from Hong Kong.
