R= Runs 多少跑垒得分
H=Hits 安打数
E=Errors
A run is when a player who is on base scores, by running around all 4 bases and touches home plate.
A hit is when a batter makes contact with a pitch and no fielder either catches it on a fly or throws it to first base before the batter gets there, or tags him.
An error is when a ball is hit into the field, and the fielder makes a bad play, such as if there is a fly ball to an outfielder and he drops it, or if an infielder throws the ball and it is far away from the guy he's trying to throw it to. An error is usually judged by whether the fielder should have made the play, if it would be a difficult play and the fielder doesn't make it, it usually won't be an error(such as if a fielder dives for a ball and doesn't catch it, but if he is just standing there waiting for the ball and drops the ball it will be an error) |
