Cross platform gaming benefits

Diarise Monday 11th June 2007 for an interesting event at the Berwin Leighton Paisner offices in London, where a slew of learned experts will expound the virtues and benefits of cross platform gaming.

Talking about Changing Your Business Model to Succeed Cross-Platform will be media guru Pete Picton, who will share his secrets in translating traditional platform to online, adapting to a new environment and delivering content in a fresh way, whilst retaining – and increasing - customer base and cross-marketing.

Customer is King: Understanding How the Consumer Interacts with Multi-Platform Gaming is another interactive session steered by online gaming personalities like Dermot Smurfit, Sales and Marketing Director, GameAccount

Closing a busy day, Louise Croft Baker, Head of User Experience, Betfair will talk about Customer Satisfaction: The Role of the Chief Experience Officer - a new senior position charged with the job of integrating customer experience into every stage of the company’s processes. Gaming is an industry all about experience. Is it time that gaming companies employed their own CXOs?
