Crystal Palace Football Club are delighted to announce that 12BET have signed a one-year deal to become the Eagles’ new stadium sponsors and official betting partner.
The ground-breaking deal for the club with the Isle of Man-based bookmaker 12BET (pronounced one two bet and not twelve bet) is for an undisclosed fee. It is the first time a betting/gaming company has signed a stadium sponsorship deal in the UK.
Crystal Palace Chairman Steve Parish is pleased to see this new deal being announced. He said: "I am delighted to name 12BET as our new stadium sponsor and look forward to a successful and long-term partnership between the two parties.
"As the club returns to the Premier League, there is great excitement at what can be achieved on and off the pitch and on behalf of our owners I have great pleasure in welcoming our first ever stadium sponsor to our corporate family."
Rory Anderson, CEO of 12BET, said: “We are delighted to be the first company in our sector to pull off a stadium sponsorship deal in the Premier League.
“12BET are an in-play football betting specialist, so to have a Premier League stadium associated with our brand is a real coup for us. Crystal Palace is a great club with a fantastic history and I am very much looking forward to sampling the atmosphere at Selhurst Park.” |
