Payment methods
It’s important for you to inform your players about the best payment methods available in their region. The last thing you want is for your players to face frustration and scepticism when it comes to making transactions at the casino. Make sure this information is clear and visible on your website.
Hand-in-hand with this point is making sure you are informed about where your web traffic comes from. There are a variety of tools you can use to analyze web traffic like Google Analytics. By monitoring your site you can get a better understanding of the regions your traffic comes from.
Talk to your Relationship Manager. They are there to help and can provide you with information regarding country/region specific payment methods.
Another money-making tip is using incentives. Talk to your Relationship Manager about special promotions for Alternative Payment Methods (APM’s) to incentivise your players.
