Due to the necessity to provide technical support to allow an orderly transition, the markets closure has been extended 30 days. The blocking of players from Canada, Israel, Norway,
Russia and Turkey from Entraction's gaming platform will commence at 12:00 CET on
October 31st.
The blocking may affect you in the following way:
- The Cashier will be accessible before and after the blocking; therefore whenever your account will be credited with a poker bonus you will be able to request a withdrawal.
- In case you are registered for a poker tournament the buy-in will be credited back to your poker balance. A player who is playing an on-going tournament during the blocking process will be able to finish the tournament.
- Monthly VIP Bonus will be paid out as usual on 1st of November.
- Deposit bonuses will be paid out on Execution Date in accordance with the requirements.
- Network Promotions and EMOP prizes will be granted to all eligible players within the first week
of November.
- If you bought or won the EMOP package you can still participate in the live event.
- If you have a pending Casino bonus it will be forfeited.
- If you have a pending Sportsbetting bonus it will be forfeited and the open bets will be set to
a status of void.
- Gaming balances, except Poker balance, will be closed and the remaining funds will be transferred to the Cashier.
- If you are expecting a poker bonus, we suggest that you wait for the payout and then withdraw the whole amount at once, by doing so you will be able to save time and money.
- If the amount available at your account is less than the withdrawal minimum, please send an e-mail to the support specifying the method you would like to use for cash out so our Payments department can request that withdrawal for you manually.
- Kindly note that after the blocking the payment processing can take longer than normal,
we apologise for any delay or possible inconveniences.
